Data deletion

1. Game data on your device

What it is: your best score, stats, medals, unlocked skins and settings, plus small counters for the tutorial and prompts.

Choose one:

• In the game: Settings → Data → Reset progress, then confirm. This clears your best score, stats and skins on this device.
• In Android: Settings → Apps → Lumiflit → Storage → Clear storage (clears everything, including settings).
• Uninstall Lumiflit.

The data is deleted immediately. If Android backup is on, you can also remove the app's backup in your Google Account's backup settings.

2. Google Play Games data

What it is: if you signed in to Google Play Games, your Lumiflit leaderboard scores and achievements on your Play Games profile. Google stores this under Google's Privacy Policy. Resetting progress in the game does not delete it.

• Open the Google Play Games app, tap your profile, then Settings.
• Choose Delete Play Games account & data, then under Delete individual game data select Lumiflit and confirm.
• You can also manage Play Games data from your Google Account (Data & privacy).

Google deletes this data according to its own retention policy.

3. Emails and feedback you sent us

Email us from the address you used and ask us to delete your messages. We will delete them, and confirm, normally within 30 days. You can also ask us to remove your scores from our leaderboards.
